Private sessions allow you to get a customized experience to reach your fitness goals. Whether you want to lose weight, tone your muscles, or get stronger overall, private Pilates can help you get there.
Sessions are 50 minutes each and may include the use of ankle weights, dumbbells, resistance bands, the Pilates Ring, and a Pilates ball.
Daytime, evening and weekend availability. Located in Ottawa, Ontario (Barrhaven).
